 15th March 2010 and news about the start of Blackpool's programme and a charity match...Great news for the town of Blackpool as the first It's a Goal! season gets underway at the Bloomfield Road stadium. After a full round of interviews, Blackpool's first team is assembled for the first of what is hoped will be many successful seasons at the football club. An exciting piece of news is that to coincide with the weekend of World Mental Health Day, a team representing It's a Goal! will line up against a team of celebrities from Hollyoaks, Emmerdale and Coronation Street on Sunday October 11th, venue yet to be decided.
