 IAG FC, in their second year in the league, maintain their solid start by improving their position by two places on the previous campaign...IAG saw their second league season finish with a win, a draw and a defeat to leave them in 5th place, an overall improvement on the previous season of two places. It could have been so much better had they not allowed a two goal advantage slip in the dying seconds of the first clash against Blackpool to end up at 5-5, Darrin Sullivan the goal hero with a hattrick and Steve Melton weighing in with a brace. A 0-1 reverse against league runners up North Manchester FC followed before a w/o 2-0 victory awarded against Rochdale Nomads. All in all, another enjoyable and satisfying campaign after which, Chris Charlton was awarded Player of the Season and eyes looked forward to the tournament on the horizon in Munich.
