MARCH 2009 - To celebrate the first birthday of the Plymouth franchise, an invitation/challenge was sent out and a team representing IAG Macclesfield/Manchester came down. The party first went along to Home Park where they watched a highly entertaining m,atch between Argyle and Reading. The teams then moved on to the local sports centre where they enjoyed a competitive yet friendly five a side. Pictured above are some of the highlights from the weekend..

The Plymouth operation was the first It's a Goal! franchise back in early 2008. The programme has been a great success down in this south western corner of the country, and has helped a number of young men address their issues and "be the best they can be." Thursday is very much It's a Goal! day for the franchise with matches starting at 10am running through to 11.30am in the Chisholm Suite at Plymouth Argyles' Home Park stadium. Football skills then take place at "Goals" which is next to the ground at Outland Road. Sometimes there will be a second team in the afternoon and their matches run from 2pm to 3.30pm.


OCTOBER 2008 - Celebrating a successful day with ex Arsenal and England captain Tony Adams at the Mad About Football Tournament in Manchester. Plymouth IAG excelled themselves finishing runners up in the Plate competition.
