Image of man running with his shirt pulled over his head
When the Black Shroud visits me
Poem from Ruth - (past player)

She shrouds me
A silken glove, she handles me
My body covered from head to toe
My head and face see light no more
She holds me tight
She won’t let go

She is the darkest black
No light penetrates her embalming cloak
Her seams are taped
She leaves me as a lost soul

She distorts my thinking
She enters my mind
Her wretched fingers
Become entwined
With my future,
Which is hard to find

She is all powerful
She pulls me in
To the point I ran
No longer swim
There is just one way out
So just give in…
